Embedding-Based Visualization System Using Conceptual Poles for Analysis of Language Models, Bias Detection, and Fact Alignment
Field of the Invention:
The present invention relates to artificial intelligence (AI) and natural language processing (NLP), specifically to systems for visualizing high-dimensional embeddings,
optimally in two (2D) or three (3D) visual dimensions, with an optional added dimension (4D) that animates changes over time.
The invention improves on existing dimensionality reduction techniques by using conceptual poles to align embeddings, allowing for both
holistic and detailed comparative analysis of various language models, testing for bias, and fact alignment.
The system enables real-time exploration of language models directly through embeddings and without requiring retraining of models.
